Notes On Missing Values
This publication contains many blank cells in small geographic and demographic slices. The current pipeline preserves those blanks as missing values rather than forcing 0. We expect that at least part of this pattern reflects disclosure control for small cells, but that interpretation should be verified against the source publication and related documentation.
